These terms apply whenever you engage Anshul Studio for a graphic design, video editing, or motion graphics project. By submitting a brief, booking a call, or making a payment, you agree to them.

Project process

Work begins once a project scope, timeline, and price have been agreed over email or WhatsApp. Timelines are estimates — they depend on how quickly feedback and assets are provided.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a 50% deposit before work starts, with the remaining balance due on delivery. Final files are released once the balance is paid in full.

Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed at the start. Requests that fall outside the original brief may be quoted as additional work.

Ownership

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client once the project is paid in full. Anshul Studio may showcase completed work in a portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit covers the work already completed and is non-refundable. Any additional work completed beyond the deposit will be invoiced separately.

Liability

Anshul Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work. Total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
